Group therapy provides a supportive and collaborative space to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others

Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity for connection, shared understanding, and healing in community. Our groups are intentionally designed to center culturally responsive care, emotional safety, and mutual support.

Each group is facilitated to be dynamic and co-created, meaning that while themes are guided by the facilitator, each cohort actively shapes the focus based on their unique needs, questions, and lived experiences. Our intention is to create spaces that allow for deep connection, care, and community-building.
